Active Abundance & C4AT - Citizens for Active Transportation
Elizabeth Windover, Active Abundance owner/manager, has been volunteering as a committee member with Citizens for Active Transportation (C4AT) since 2012.
C4AT has worked very hard over the past few years to develop the mission statement: "the purpose of C4AT is to promote and advocate for safe and accessible ways to walk, hike, run, bike in Elgin-St Thomas.
C4AT has attended many community events to get the name out there and help the public understand what active transportation is.
